Cinephile Media provides media and content processing services, which may include digitization, restoration, encoding, editing, formatting, storage, quality checks, and related technical services for audio-visual content and digital media files.
All services are provided subject to mutually agreed project scope, timelines, and commercial terms.

02. Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you confirm that:
  • You own the rights to the media content submitted to us or have obtained necessary permissions from the rightful owner.
  • The content does not violate any applicable laws, copyrights, or third-party rights.
  • All information provided to us is accurate and complete.
  • You will comply with applicable laws, including copyright and content regulations.
      • We are not responsible for verifying ownership or legality of the content unless separately contracted to do so.

      03. Ownership of Content
      • All original media content remains the property of the client or the rightful owner.
      • We do not claim ownership over your content.
      • Any processed or derivative files produced as part of the service will be delivered as per the agreed scope and may be subject to payment completion.

          • 04. Confidentiality
          We treat all client media and information as confidential and will not disclose, distribute, or use it for any purpose other than providing the agreed services, unless required by law.

          05. Service Delivery & Timelines
          • Project timelines will be agreed in writing (email, proposal, or work order).
          • Delays caused by incomplete information, technical issues, or third-party dependencies may extend delivery timelines.
          • We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines but do not guarantee exact delivery dates unless explicitly stated.

              • 06. Payments & Fees
              • Fees will be as agreed in the quotation, proposal, or contract.
              • Payments may be required in advance, in milestones, or upon completion, as agreed.
              • Delayed payments may result in suspension of services or withholding of deliverables.
              • We accept payments via net-banking, UPI, Credit-Cards, Debit-Cards, SWIFT, etc.

                  • 07. Data Security & Storage
                  We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your content and data. However, we do not guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access, technical failures, or cyber incidents.
                  Content storage terms (duration, backup, deletion) will be as per agreement with the client.

                  08. Limitation of Liability
                  To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cinephile Media LLP shall not be liable for:
                  • Loss of data, corruption of files, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control
                  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
                  • Delays caused by third parties, power failures, or system outages
                      • Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

                      09. Termination of Services
                      Either party may terminate services by written notice if:
                      • There is a material breach of these terms, or
                      • Services are no longer required, subject to settlement of pending payments.
                          • Upon termination, outstanding payments remain due, and content handling will follow agreed terms.

                          10. Third-Party Services
                          We may use trusted third-party tools, servers, or service providers for storage, processing, or delivery. Such parties are bound by confidentiality obligations.
                          We are not responsible for failures or breaches caused solely by third-party providers beyond our control.

                          11. Website Use
                          When using our website, you agree:
                          • Not to engage in unauthorized access, hacking, or data scraping
                          • Not to upload harmful, illegal, or malicious content
                          • Not to misuse our systems or services
                              • We reserve the right to restrict access if these terms are violated.
